1. Information We Collect

• Merchant Data: Account emails, shop profiles, product catalogs, and schedule rules stored securely in Supabase.
• Visitor Queries: Text messages submitted to the assistant to generate answers and track monthly token quotas.
• Payment Details: Processed directly and securely via Stripe. We do not store raw credit card credentials on our servers.

2. Third-Party Infrastructure

We do not sell user or visitor data. Operational data is shared strictly with core infrastructure partners:

• Supabase: Encrypted database hosting and user authentication.
• OpenAI: Grounded response completion (gpt-4o-mini). Data is not used to train public models.
• Stripe: Payment verification and subscription lifecycle management.

3. Data Retention & Control

Merchants can add, update, or remove products and store documents from their dashboard at any time. To request complete account deletion, email support@meetkidos.com.
