1. Service Overview
meetkidos provides an AI-powered assistant platform allowing merchants to offer grounded customer service for store visitors, covering catalog items, store hours, and policies.
2. Accounts & Monthly Token Quotas
Accounts are subject to monthly token limits based on their selected tier (Starter: 100,000, Pro: 500,000, Enterprise: 2,000,000). Unused monthly tokens do not roll over. Automated abuse or attempting to bypass platform security limits may lead to immediate account suspension.
3. Accuracy & Grounded AI
Our assistant operates strictly on merchant-provided catalog items, schedules, and policy documents. Merchants maintain full responsibility for keeping store details, inventory, and pricing accurate.
4. Billing & Subscriptions
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your shop billing page.
